Full Description
An archaeological evaluation carried out in 2017 found a small number of post medieval features and one undated post hole. Posthole [18/005], located near the southern end of trench 18, was sub-circular in plan with a V-shaped profile. Its fill [18/004] consisted of firm, mid grey-brown sandy clay containing moderate charcoal inclusions. No evidence of in situ burning was observed (1)
