Summary

A post-medieval trackway was located during an excavation carried out at 99 High Street, Newington in 2018-2019. The trackway was seen intersecting the site in a north-south alignment and would have originally led to (now demolished) post-medieval agricultural buildings which existed beyond the southern boundary of the site.

A post-medieval trackway was located during an excavation carried out at 99 High Street, Newington in 2018-2019. The trackway was seen intersecting the site in a north-south alignment and would have originally led to (now demolished) post-medieval agricultural buildings which existed beyond the southern boundary of the site.
