Full Description
The slight earthwork remains of three lengths of bank can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1953. These are situated at the north western corner of High Halstow parish (centred on TQ 7603 7917) and may possibly be the remains of a post medieval sea wall. Lidar indicates that some part of this earthwork may still survive. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.(1-2)
