Summary
The remains of an unidentified wooden hulk of uncertain date seen resting to the west of the concrete remains of a Second World War Maunsell fort (Monument Number: 1025421) in the mud to the west of Higham Creek. Only part of the wreck is visible, but appears to be approximately 12.5m long. These remains were mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.

The remains of an unidentified wooden hulk of uncertain date seen resting at TQ 7057 7630 to the west of the concrete remains of a Second World War Maunsell fort (Monument Number: 1025421) in the mud to the west of Higham Creek. Only part of the wreck is visible, but appears to be approximately 12.5m long. These remains were mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.(1)
