Summary
Two undated features were identified during trial trenching carried out at Kennington Road, Ashford by SLR Consulting in 2017. A small assembage of ceramic building material dating to the Roman and medieval periods and medieval vessel sherds were associated with the features, however, this material may be residual in character.

Full Description
Two undated features were identified during trial trenching carried out at Kennington Road, Ashford by SLR Consulting in 2017. One was a linear feature measuring 5m in length by 0.9m in width, and 0.1m in depth. A small assembage of ceramic building material dating to the Roman and medieval periods and medieval vessel sherds were associated with the features, however, this material may be residual in character.
