Full Description
Cropmarks of fragmented ditches and enclosures of uncertain date, possibly later prehistoric centred at TR 3768 6609 and visible on aerial photographs at West Dumpton. The possible enclosure is rectilinear and defined on three sides by fragmented ditches which appear to stop short of be truncated by a single ring ditch (NRHE 1618257). It is not clear what the relationship is between the two sites. These features were mapped from aerial photographs mapped as part of the Historic England: Ramsgate HAZ project. (1)
