Full Description
Earthworks of probable medieval settlement, fields, hollow ways and house platforms seen on aerial photographs in fields around the present hamlet of Aldington (centred at TR 0751 3638), site of a medieval Archbishop's palace and hunting lodge. The hamlet sits on a slight slope, the fields forming broad shallow terraces up the slope. (1)
