Summary

A ring ditch visible as a cropmark in aerial photo of 1946 and Google Earth image of 2007 to the South West of Ottinge Court Farm. The ring ditch may originate from a possible Bronze Age round barrow with a diameter of 50m which is visible on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording programme. A possible Roman burial site is recorded (NRHE 464153) in the adjacent field to the north.

Full Description

A ring ditch visible as a cropmark in aerial photo of 146 and Google Earth image of 2007 to the South West of Ottinge Court Farm.
It is 35m across and consists of a single circular ditch with no interruption.

Cropmark of a possible Bronze Age round barrow with a diameter of 50m which is located to the south of Ottinge Farm and visible on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording programme. A possible Roman burial site is recorded (NRHE 464153) in the adjacent field to the north and there is a possibility that the this is a Roman barrow. (2)
