Full Description
Cropmark of a probable chalk pit visible on 1990 aerial photograph. (1)
A pit of uncertain date was visible as a cropmark in EARTH.GOOGLE.COM MAR-2022 (accessed 21-FEB-2024). This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (2)
Cropmark of a single large rectangular quarry pit (15m x 20m) of uncertain date visible at TR 3516 6521 on aerial photographs. This has been mapped from aerial photographs as part of the Historic England Ramsgate HAZ project.(3)
