Abstract/Summary
Report on an evaluation carried out at a site south of School Lane, Bapchild, near Sittingbourne, by Kent Archaeological Projects in 2019. Five features comprising one pit and four ditches were identified. The ditches may date from the late Anglo-Saxon or medieval period, and appear to form a field system.
The report also contains a paper discussing the results of geoarchaeological fieldwork carried out at the site by Quest in 2019.
